Let me start by saying this: the Dell Inspiron 7730 All-in-One is a beast of a machine. I've been using it for about a month now, and it's handled everything I've thrown at it - from heavy multitasking to light gaming - without breaking a sweat.
The 27" touchscreen is gorgeous. Watching movies feels like a mini theater experience, and the colors pop in a way that makes my old monitor look dull in comparison. The touch functionality is responsive too, though I'll admit I don't use it as much as I thought I would.
Performance-wise, that Core i7 processor paired with 32GB RAM means this thing flies through tasks. I regularly have dozens of Chrome tabs open along with Photoshop and some light video editing software, and there's zero lag. The MX570A GPU isn't top-of-the-line for hardcore gaming, but it handles casual games and creative work perfectly fine.
Now for the not-so-great parts: Dell's customer service seems to be hit or miss based on reviews (and my own limited experience). Also, while the ports selection is decent, having just one USB-C feels limiting in 2023. And that headphone stand? Cute idea, but it feels like an afterthought compared to the rest of the premium build.
The included Office Pro license is a nice bonus that saves you about $300 right off the bat. Setup was indeed painless - had everything up and running in under an hour.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely, especially if you find it on sale. Just don't expect much hand-holding from Dell if something goes wrong.
