Let me start by saying these Nike trainers have been my go-to for daily walks and light workouts. The lightweight mesh upper keeps my feet surprisingly cool, even during longer strolls.
The dynamic cushioning is where these shoes really shine. I've worn them for 3-4 mile walks without any foot fatigue. The leather reinforcements add durability where you need it most - I've scuffed the toe area multiple times without any visible damage.
Now for the not-so-great part: sizing is tricky. Like some reviewers mentioned, the EU-US conversion seems off. I normally wear US 10.5 but had to exchange for EU 44 (labeled as US 10.5) when my true size felt too roomy.
While marketed as gym shoes, I find them better suited for casual wear and walking. The grip is decent but not exceptional for serious weightlifting or high-intensity training.
At their current price point (especially if you find them on sale), they offer great value for comfortable everyday sneakers - just pay close attention to the sizing chart and consider ordering a half size down.
