Let me start by saying this machine is a mixed bag. On one hand, it promises a full-body workout combining squats, rowing, and core exercises. On the other, some design flaws make it less user-friendly than expected.
The good stuff first: The 12-level resistance system actually works great! I could feel the burn increasing with each level during my leg press sets. The digital monitor is surprisingly accurate for tracking calories and reps - way better than my old fitness watch.
Assembly was easier than most home gym equipment (about 15 minutes for me). The foldable design is genius - I store it behind my couch when not in use. My favorite feature? The adjustable handles let me switch between back-focused and chest-focused workouts seamlessly.
Now the not-so-great: Getting on this thing feels like mounting a mechanical bull at first. There's definitely a learning curve to positioning yourself properly. Several users (including me) experienced lower back discomfort until we perfected our form - not ideal for beginners.
The seat adjustments could be smoother too. At maximum height, it still felt slightly off for my 5'9" frame during deep squats. And while sturdy, the hydraulic system makes occasional squeaking noises that annoy my downstairs neighbors.
Final verdict? If you're patient enough to learn its quirks and already have decent fitness fundamentals, this can be a space-saving multi-workout solution. But casual exercisers might find it frustrating compared to traditional machines.
