First impressions matter, and this smart ring definitely looks sleek on my finger. The LED display is crisp, showing all the key metrics at a glance. I particularly love checking my heart rate during workouts – it feels like having a mini personal trainer on my hand!
The sleep tracking feature is where this ring really shines. Waking up to see my REM cycles mapped out feels incredibly futuristic. I've actually adjusted my bedtime routine based on the data, and I'm sleeping better than ever. That said, the Bluetooth connectivity can be finicky – about 30% of the time I need to manually reconnect it to my phone.
Durability is a mixed bag. While it survived my sweaty gym sessions and even an accidental shower wearing it (thanks to that IP68 rating), I did notice some minor scratches after just two weeks of wear. The crack issue mentioned in some reviews hasn't appeared yet for me, but I'm being extra careful.
Battery life is... okay. It lasts about 36 hours with all features enabled, which means daily charging if you want continuous tracking. The charging process itself is quick though – about 45 minutes from empty to full.
Would I recommend it? If you want an unobtrusive way to track basic health metrics and don't mind occasional tech hiccups, yes. But if you need medical-grade accuracy or seamless connectivity, you might want to look at higher-end options.
