Okay, so this incense burner is GORGEOUS. The lotus design is so intricate and it looks amazing on my bathroom counter. Total aesthetic win!

BUT... here's the tea ☕ The bowl part isn't deep enough for cone incense if you want to use the lid. Like what's the point of a lid if you can't use it properly? I tried three different cone brands - same issue.

Now I just use it near my kitchen sink (safety first!) with stick incense instead. Works fine that way, and the metal feels super sturdy.

3/5 stars - beautiful but needs redesign for actual functionality. Wouldn't buy again unless they fix the depth issue.
