Okay, so I've had this massive 85-inch Samsung QLED for about a month now, and here's the real tea:
The colors? Absolutely insane. Like, my old Samsung TV looks like a child's crayon drawing compared to this Quantum Dot magic. The blacks are deep enough that I keep thinking my screen turned off during dark scenes.
Setup was stupid easy - literally plug and play. Though fair warning: you'll need help mounting this beast unless you're secretly The Hulk.
The remote... oh boy. It's tiny, rechargeable (cool), but missing buttons (not cool). I keep accidentally hitting the Netflix button when trying to adjust volume. First world problems, I know.
Sound is decent for TV speakers, but come on - at this size you're gonna want a soundbar anyway. The object tracking sound is neat when it works right.
Gaming on this thing? Butter smooth with the Motion Xcelerator. My PS5 has never looked better.
Downsides: The menus feel like Samsung is constantly trying to sell me something. And yes, the remote sucks if you have big hands or just want simplicity.
Final verdict? If you can handle the quirks (and maybe buy a different remote), this TV delivers some serious wow factor for the price.
