Okay, so I've been using this Fogfar windshield cover for about 2 months now, and let me tell you - it's been a GAME CHANGER during these freezing mornings!
First off, that silver coating actually works? Like really works? Woke up to frost covering every car in my apartment complex except mine. Felt like I'd discovered some secret life hack.
The elastic hooks are stupid easy to use - takes me maybe 15 seconds to put on. And it stays put even when the wind tries to mess with it (looking at you, last week's snowstorm).
Bonus discovery: It's amazing for parking under trees too! No more scraping off maple seeds or tiny branches before work. The material is thick enough that debris just slides right off.
Only complaint? The storage bag feels kinda cheap compared to how nice the actual cover is. But hey, it does the job.
Seriously though, if you hate scraping ice or want to protect your dashboard from sun damage, just get this. Your future self will thank you on those subzero mornings.
