Let me start by saying this phone is a beast when it comes to battery life. That massive 5000mAh battery? It's no joke. I regularly get through a full day of heavy use - streaming music during my commute, scrolling through social media on lunch breaks, and even some light gaming in the evening - and still have juice left.
The 6.5" display is gorgeous for the price point. Watching videos feels immersive thanks to the Full HD+ resolution and buttery smooth 120Hz refresh rate. I particularly noticed how much better my mobile gaming experience was compared to my old phone - no more frustrating lag during intense moments.
Now let's talk about that elephant in the room: charging speed. Oh boy, is it slow. Like, 'make a cup of coffee and come back to find it's only gone up 5%' slow. If you're someone who needs quick top-ups throughout the day, this will frustrate you. I learned to charge overnight exclusively.
The camera system surprised me though! That 50MP main sensor captures surprisingly crisp photos in good lighting. Low-light performance is decent for this price range too - not flagship level, but definitely usable for social media posts.
Performance-wise, the MediaTek Dimensity 930 handles everything I throw at it with ease. Switching between apps is snappy, and I've yet to experience any noticeable slowdowns even with multiple apps running in the background.
Would I recommend it? If charging speed isn't a dealbreaker for you, absolutely. It's an excellent value-for-money device that nails all the basics while offering some premium features like that fantastic display. Just maybe keep a power bank handy if you're a heavy user!
