Okay, so I've been printing with this ATARAXIA flexible PLA for about 3 months now, and here's the tea ☕
First off - that 500-600% stretch claim? LEGIT. Made some phone cases that survived my toddler's 'destructive testing phase'. That's saying something.
The matte black finish on my first spool was *chef's kiss* perfect for stealthy-looking prints. But heads up - recent batches got shinier (added comparison pics). Not a dealbreaker but worth noting if you're after that matte aesthetic.
Printing is STUPID easy compared to TPU. My Ender 3 with Bowden setup handled it like a champ at 200°C. Only needed minimal retraction tuning (4mm @25mm/s did the trick).
The included vacuum bag is clutch - keeps my spare spool fresh in humid Florida weather. Though I wish they'd add those handy 'filament remaining' markers to the spool like some competitors do.
Downside? Customer service ghosted me when I asked about the finish change. Also had one spool arrive slightly damp (fixed with overnight drying).
Final verdict: At <$20/kg it's my go-to flexible filament despite the quirks. Just don't expect that original matte finish anymore.
