Let me start by saying, these goggles are a STEAL for the price. I took them on a week-long ski trip to Colorado, and they held up impressively against both sunny slopes and night skiing. The mirrored lens (A02 VLT 9.5) was my hero – it handled bright sunlight without making shadows look like bottomless pits during evening runs.
The anti-fog performance? Chef's kiss. While my friend's premium Smith goggles turned into sauna windows, mine stayed crystal clear even during intense tree runs. The triple-layer foam feels plush at first, though after 6+ hours of wear, I did notice some slight face marks (nothing painful, just visible).
Helmet compatibility is great – the strap stayed put all day. But here's the catch: if you wear glasses, proceed with caution. I tried them over my slim Ray-Bans and it was a tight squeeze. They work better for occasional skiers than hardcore daily riders – the lenses scratched easier than my Oakleys after some rough tumbles.
That included storage scrunchie? Genius. It saved my lenses from getting murdered in my backpack. For $40-60 goggles, they outperform many $100+ options... just don't expect luxury-level durability.
