After testing this bedwetting alarm for several weeks, I have mixed feelings. The concept is brilliant—a rechargeable, high-sensitivity alarm that promises to train kids (or adults) to wake up when they start wetting the bed. But in practice, it’s a bit hit or miss.
The Good: The USB rechargeable feature is a lifesaver—no more scrambling for batteries at midnight! The three alarm modes (sound, vibration, or both) are loud and effective when they work. I also love the included progress chart and stickers—they add a fun, motivational element for kids.
The Bad: The sensor is *too* sensitive at times. It once went off because my kid’s pajamas were slightly damp from sweat, but then didn’t trigger during actual accidents. Placement is key—if the sensor isn’t positioned just right in the underwear or pull-up, it might miss moisture entirely.
Real-World Use: My 7-year-old had mixed results. Some nights, the alarm woke him up instantly (success!). Other nights? Nothing—even when his pajamas were soaked. Meanwhile, my neighbor’s teen had better luck with consistent alarms after adjusting the sensor placement.
Verdict: This could be a helpful tool for potty training, but don’t expect miracles. It requires patience, perfect sensor positioning, and maybe some trial-and-error tweaking. If you’re willing to experiment, it might work—but if you need foolproof reliability, this might not be it.
