I've been using the LANDEN 36N rimless aquarium for about three months now, and it's completely transformed my fish-keeping experience. The ultra-clear low-iron glass makes my neon tetras look like they're floating in mid-air - the clarity is seriously next level compared to my old tank.
Setting it up was a breeze thanks to the included leveling mat. When I accidentally bumped the stand while arranging decorations, the whole tank slid smoothly without any scary wobbles. The mat isn't just practical - it actually gives the setup this sleek, floating appearance that gets compliments from everyone who sees it.
What surprised me most was how well it maintains temperature. During a recent winter storm when our power flickered, the water only dropped 2°F over four hours - my previous tank would've lost at least 5°F in that time. The thick glass and tight silicone seams really make a difference.
The packaging deserves special mention too. When the wooden crate arrived, I panicked thinking I'd need power tools to open it, but following the QR code instructions made it surprisingly simple (pro tip: have pliers ready for those stubborn staples). Every edge was perfectly smooth with no sharp corners to worry about.
My only minor gripe? The plastic Landen logo on the side. It's not terrible, but on such a beautiful minimalist tank, any branding feels intrusive. I solved this by rotating that side against the wall - problem solved!
After seeing how my plants thrive under the high light transmission and how much more vibrant my fish look, I'll never go back to standard glass tanks. This is hands-down the best aquarium upgrade I've made in years.
