I've been using the Total Dry XXXL bed pads for about a month now, and they've completely transformed my caregiving routine. The 36x36 size is perfect - it covers the entire sleeping area without feeling like you're lying on a plastic sheet.

What really surprised me was the absorbency. When my grandfather has accidents at night (which happens frequently), these pads lock in moisture almost instantly. I don't hear that awful 'squish' sound when he moves around anymore, and more importantly, he stays comfortable through the night.

The adhesive strips are genius - they keep the pad exactly where you place it. No more waking up to find the pad bunched up at the foot of the bed. Though I will say, while they do keep liquids off surfaces, they don't wick moisture away from skin as well as some premium brands.

At about $0.50 per pad, they're significantly cheaper than most hospital-grade options. For everyday use at home, especially with multiple changes needed, this price point makes them very practical.

My only wish is that they came in a scented version - while they trap odors reasonably well during use, there's a noticeable 'medical' smell when first opening the package.
