Just got my hands on the Pixel 8a, and overall, I'm impressed! The camera is a standout—low-light shots are crisp, and the AI editing tools are surprisingly handy. The size is perfect for one-handed use, though some might find it a bit small.
The fingerprint reader? Meh. It's hit or miss, especially with a screen protector. Face unlock saves the day most times, but sunglasses or dim lighting throw it off. Charging feels slower compared to the regular Pixel 8, but wireless charging is a nice bonus.
Battery life gets me through the day, and the display is vibrant. No bloatware = bliss. If you're coming from an older Pixel (like my 5a), it's a worthy upgrade—just temper expectations on that fingerprint sensor.
