I've been using this silverware set for about a month now, and I have to say - it's become my go-to for both everyday meals and dinner parties. The weight is just right - heavy enough to feel substantial in your hand, but not so heavy that your arm gets tired during long meals.
What surprised me most was how comfortable the handles are. They fit perfectly in my grip, with a slight curve that makes cutting through steak effortless. I hosted a dinner last weekend where multiple guests commented on how nice the silverware felt (one even asked where I got them!).
The mirror polish still looks brand new after going through my dishwasher several times. Though I did notice some water spots if I don't dry them immediately - nothing a quick wipe can't fix. One fork arrived slightly bent, but I easily straightened it with pliers without damaging the finish.
While they may not be heirloom-quality, these hold up much better than my old mismatched thrift store finds. The stainless steel hasn't shown any rust or tarnishing, even when left wet overnight (not that I recommend doing that!).
For the price, this set punches above its weight class. They look far more expensive than they are when set on my dining table - perfect for impressing guests without breaking the bank.
