Let me start by saying these Burflo batteries have been a lifesaver during my outdoor shoots. As someone who frequently uses the Insta360 Ace Pro for vlogging and action footage, running out of battery mid-shoot was my worst nightmare - until I got these.
The 1800mAh capacity delivers exactly what it promises. In real-world testing (shooting in 4K/30fps with HDR), I consistently got about 95-100 minutes per battery. That's nearly identical to the OEM battery performance, which surprised me given the price difference.
What I love most is the included storage cases. They're not just flimsy plastic - these actually protect your batteries when tossing them in a backpack full of gear. The cases even have slots for SD cards, which is a thoughtful touch I didn't expect at this price point.
The charging time is decent (about 1.5 hours from empty), though not lightning fast. Pro tip: get two sets if you're doing all-day shoots, as you'll want to rotate through multiple batteries while others recharge.
They do get slightly warm during charging and use, but never concerningly hot like some knockoff batteries I've tried. The fit is perfect in my Ace Pro - no connection issues whatsoever.
Are they revolutionary? No. But for reliable backup power that performs nearly identically to OEM at half the price? Absolutely worth it. Just don't expect magical extended runtime - these are solid replacements, not upgrades.
