Okay, so I've been using these silicone sheets for about a month now after my breast reduction surgery. Let me tell you - they're like that ex you can't decide if you love or hate.
First off, the GOOD: These things WORK. My scars are noticeably softer and lighter already. The medical-grade silicone feels premium, and they stay put all night without irritating my sensitive skin. The size is perfect - no more awkwardly cutting straight strips!
Now the BAD: Oh my GOD the stickiness! Trying to apply these is like wrestling an octopus covered in superglue. They curl up, stick to themselves, then to your fingers... by the time you finally get one positioned, you need a shower from all the sweat and frustration.
The nipple donut pieces are way easier to handle though - why can't they all be like that? Pro tip: wash your hands with baby oil before handling - it helps (a little).
Would I buy again? Honestly... probably? Despite the application nightmare, they're giving me better results than any scar gel I've tried. Maybe just stock up on patience along with the sheets!
