Just got these third-party batteries and charger for my Sony a7 IV, and here's the real deal after a week of use.
The good stuff first: The dual charger is LEGIT. Charges both batteries fast (way quicker than my old single Sony charger) and works in my car too. No weird overheating issues so far.
Battery life is... okay? Definitely not matching OEM batteries - I'd say about 75% of Sony's performance. But hey, for the price of two OEM batteries, I got two batteries PLUS this slick charger.
Annoying part: My camera keeps giving that stupid 'may void warranty' warning every time I turn it on with these. Super annoying but apparently doesn't actually affect functionality.
Travel bonus: The worldwide voltage compatibility saved my butt during a recent trip to Europe. Just needed a plug adapter and we were golden.
Final verdict? Worth it if you need affordable backups, but don't expect miracles. The charger alone almost makes up for the battery shortcomings.
