Okay, so I finally got my hands on The Flash 4K Ultra HD + Blu-Ray combo, and here's the tea ☕️
First off - Michael Keaton's Batman? ICONIC. I low-key bought this just to see him back in the cape. That batwing scene gave me chills like it was 1989 all over again!
The multiverse stuff is wild - we get everything from Zod invasions to Nic Cage as Superman fighting a giant spider (??!). Some CGI looks like a PS4 cutscene though, especially in the Speed Force sequences.
Barry Allen's dual performance is hilarious. Watching him geek out over meeting himself never gets old. Though I wish we got more of Supergirl - she totally stole every scene she was in.
Special features are solid: nearly 2 hours of behind-the-scenes content plus that wild podcast. Dolby Atmos makes all the speedster whooshes sound incredible!
Final verdict? Not DC's best (Zack Snyder's Justice League still reigns), but way better than the internet made it seem. Perfect for pizza-and-movie nights when you want something fun with killer nostalgia moments.
P.S. STAY FOR THE POST-CREDIT DOG SCENE! That golden retriever deserves its own spin-off 🐕✨
