Okay, so I've been using these Granicell AA rechargeables for about a month now across different devices, and here's the real tea ☕
First Impressions: The packaging was minimal (yay for less plastic!), but the batteries themselves looked premium with clean labeling. No weird smells or defects - always a good start.
The Good Stuff: These babies actually EXCEED their rated capacity in my tests! Got ~2850mAh when charging at 1A. They fit devices better than other rechargeables I've tried - the positive end protrudes more like regular alkalines.
Performance: In my Xbox controller? Absolute champs. Lasted through multiple gaming sessions before needing a recharge. Also great in my digital camera - no sudden power drops during important shots.
Eco-Win: As someone trying to reduce waste, not tossing batteries every week feels amazing. The solar pre-charge is a nice sustainable touch too.
The Not-So-Perfect: They do run slightly warm during charging (not alarmingly so). Also wish they included a storage case - I had to dig up an old one.
Final Verdict: At this price point, these are probably the best rechargeable AAs I've used. The capacity is legit, they fit well, and they're saving me money already. Definitely recommend for anyone tired of buying disposables!
