Let me start by saying this TV is a stunner when it works properly. The 4K QLED display with Quantum HDR makes everything pop with vibrant colors - it's like having a window to another world in your living room. The Art Mode is genuinely revolutionary; I've spent hours browsing the Samsung Art Store collection (though the subscription fee stings a bit).
The matte anti-glare screen works as advertised - no more annoying reflections during daytime viewing. Mounting was surprisingly straightforward thanks to the included Slim Fit Wall Mount, though I'd recommend getting better wall anchors than what comes in the box. The single One Connect cable really does eliminate wire clutter beautifully.
Now for the not-so-great parts: Quality control seems hit-or-miss based on my experience and other reviews. My first unit arrived with screen damage (thankfully the replacement was fine). Some users report serious technical issues appearing months after purchase. The setup process through Samsung account is needlessly complicated compared to competitors.
The plastic bezels, while customizable, feel a bit cheap for such an expensive TV. Corners don't align perfectly which is noticeable when you're paying premium prices. Sound quality is good but not exceptional - consider pairing with a soundbar.
Bottom line? When it works, it's magical - especially for art lovers who want their TV to disappear into home decor. But be prepared for potential quality issues and make sure you buy from a retailer with good return policies.
