Just installed the Ezlo Z-Wave thermostat and wow, what a sleek little device! The frameless design looks super modern on my wall - way better than my old clunky thermostat.

The Z-Wave connectivity worked like magic with my Home Assistant setup. Scanned the QR code, flipped the breaker, and bam - instant connection. No complicated pairing process!

Love all the customization options - being able to tweak hysteresis values and temperature offsets is perfect for us control freaks. The sensors seem spot-on accurate right out of the box.

Only gripe? The scheduling documentation is... let's say 'creative'. Had to email tech support to figure out how the simple vs detailed schedules interact (spoiler: it's not intuitive). But props to their support team for actually helping despite me not using their hub!

For anyone considering this: if you're moderately tech-savvy and want local control without cloud nonsense, this is a fantastic option. Just be prepared to do some light manual reading for advanced features.
