Let me start by saying this resin is a game-changer for my Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K. After burning through countless bottles, I can confidently say it's become my go-to for both prototyping and final prints.
The creamy white color gives prints an elegant, almost porcelain-like finish that's perfect for display pieces. While some reviewers prefer darker resins for detail visibility, I've found this shade actually helps highlight layer lines during post-processing - a bonus when you're sanding.
Where this resin truly shines is in its mechanical properties. My F16 TQS model (yes, I designed it) came out with perfect tolerances for moving parts. The slight flexibility prevents the brittleness I've experienced with cheaper resins - no more heartbreak when removing supports!
Print reliability is insane. After switching from Anycubic's FEP to Phrozen's PFA film (crucial tip!), my failure rate dropped to near zero. The low viscosity means consistent flow, though new users should definitely run calibration tests first - the manufacturer's settings are spot-on as starting points.
The low odor is no marketing gimmick. My workshop no longer smells like a chemical plant, though proper ventilation is still mandatory (this isn't candle-making folks). Cleanup is remarkably easy - a quick IPA bath leaves zero residue.
Two minor gripes: The white can appear slightly translucent at certain thicknesses (not ideal for all applications), and while shrinkage is low, it's not completely eliminated - account for this in precision designs.
At its price point, this resin outperforms competitors costing twice as much. Whether you're printing dioramas or functional prototypes, it delivers professional results with minimal fuss. Just ordered another 6kg myself!
