Just got the ANVIZ CX2 for my small cafe and here's the real tea ☕️

First off, setup was a bit of a headache. The instructions might as well be hieroglyphics - had to call customer support who were actually super helpful (shoutout to Miguel!). Once it was running though? Smooth sailing.

The fingerprint scanner is legit - no more buddy punching! We tried fooling it with tape and photos (for science!) and it didn't budge. The RFID cards work great too, though I wish they included more than just 2.

Cloud software is... interesting. It's free (for now?) but feels like it was designed in 2005. Exporting reports to Excel feels like doing taxes - definitely not plug-and-play like advertised. And the app? Basically useless decoration on my phone.

Biggest shocker? Got an email saying they're switching to paid subscriptions after advertising 'NO MONTHLY FEE' everywhere. Not cool, ANVIZ. Not cool at all.

Would I buy again? Maybe... if there were better alternatives. It does the job, but leaves you wanting more polish for the price.
