Let me start by saying I was genuinely excited to install this towel rack in my small bathroom. The advertised 3-tier design promised extra storage, and the sleek black finish matched my decor perfectly. But after living with it for a month, I have some mixed feelings.
The assembly process was straightforward, though the instructions could definitely be clearer. Like other reviewers mentioned, the parts aren't labeled, which made matching pieces to diagrams frustrating. Pro tip: lay everything out before starting and use your own tools if possible - those tiny included wrenches are a pain!
Once installed, it does look quite stylish. The top shelf holds my aromatherapy diffuser nicely, while the middle shelf fits three standard toilet paper rolls. However, I agree with complaints about the bottom shelf - it's too shallow for full-sized bath towels unless you roll them tightly (which I now do religiously). Hand towels work much better here.
The biggest issue? Stability. Even after securing it with all six mounting points (I had to supply extra anchors), there's noticeable flex when loading towels. The metal feels thinner than expected - not flimsy enough to collapse, but certainly not as sturdy as premium racks I've used before.
For small bathrooms or tight spaces, this is a decent solution that adds vertical storage without breaking the bank. Just don't expect industrial-strength durability. If you're handy and don't mind reinforcing the mounting (like I did), it can work well enough for light to moderate use.
