Okay, so I've been using these washable incontinence underwear for a few weeks now, and here's my real talk review.
First off, the comfort level is actually pretty good. They don't feel bulky like some disposable options I've tried. The cotton material is soft against my skin, which is a big plus for all-day wear.
The sizing though... that's where things get tricky. I normally wear XL in US sizes, but these run small. Like, way smaller than expected. If you're between sizes or unsure, definitely size up!
For light leaks (think sneezes or coughs), they work decently well. But don't expect miracle-level protection - you'll still need a pad for anything more than minor leaks.
The high waist design is comfortable and stays in place without rolling down, which I really appreciate. And being able to wash and reuse them is great for both the environment and my wallet.
Would I buy again? Probably, but only after trying different sizes first. They're not perfect, but they're better than many disposable options out there.
