Okay, so I finally tried this Focushine resting bag after years of just wrapping my brisket in foil and towels. HOLY SMOKES (pun intended) - why didn't I get one sooner?!
The size is insane - we're talking 'could probably smuggle a small child in here' levels of spacious. Fit my 16lb brisket with room to spare for a couple pork shoulders. That wide opening makes loading/unloading so much easier than fighting with blankets.
Heat retention is next-level. Left my brisket in for 2 hours during a party (got distracted with beers, oops) and it was still piping hot when we finally sliced into it. The triple-layer insulation really works - outer feels like tough vinyl, middle has some squishy padding, and that shiny aluminum interior looks straight out of a spaceship.
Cleanup? A dream. Spilled some juices during transport - quick wipe with a damp cloth and good as new. Way better than dealing with greasy towels.
Used it for tailgating last weekend - kept 3 racks of ribs and a turkey breast warm for hours. Got more compliments on the bag than my cooking skills (which... fair).
Only wish I'd bought it before last summer's camping trip when we tried keeping meat warm with like six beach towels. What a mess that was!
