First off, let me say I was really excited about this magnetic car phone holder. The idea of a sleek, rotatable holder that fits perfectly into my Benz C-Class sounded like a dream. But reality hit hard.
The design is indeed stylish and compact, just as advertised. The 360-degree rotation is smooth, and adjusting the angle is super easy. It doesn’t block my view or mess with my phone’s signal, which is a huge plus for navigation.
However, the magnetic strength is where things get iffy. While it claims to have '20 strong magnets,' my phone (with a Magsafe case) doesn’t feel as secure as I’d hoped. On bumpy roads, I find myself constantly checking if it’s still holding up.
Compatibility-wise, it does work with various phone models, but non-Magsafe phones require those little iron pieces, which feels like an extra hassle. And let’s not forget the price—it’s not exactly cheap for what you get.
Overall, it’s functional but falls short of expectations. If you’re okay with occasional adjustments and don’t mind the price tag, go for it. Otherwise, maybe keep looking.
