Okay, so I finally got these smart wall outlets installed after watching like 3 YouTube tutorials (I'm not an electrician, sue me). The white color blends perfectly with my walls - major aesthetic win!

The voice control through Alexa is honestly magical. 'Alexa, turn on my coffee maker' while still in bed? Yes please! Though sometimes she gets sassy and ignores me until I say it louder.

BUT here's the tea ☕... The physical switch controls BOTH outlets together?! Whyyyy? I wanted to turn off my lamp but accidentally killed my fish tank filter too. Not cool. The app shows confusing icons too - thought my lights were on but nope, it was actually the humidifier.

Installation was surprisingly easy though (after I remembered to turn off the power - safety first kids!). The wiring options are flexible which saved my amateur DIY butt.

Pro tip: These ONLY work with 2.4GHz WiFi. Had to create a separate network just for them because my fancy 5GHz wasn't cutting it. *eye roll*

Would I buy again? Maybe... if they fix that dumb switch situation. For now, 3.5 stars - great potential but needs some tweaks!
