If you're like me and dread the idea of drilling holes into your door or wall just to mount a doorbell, the BondFree Anti-Theft Doorbell Mount is a game-changer. I recently installed this on my apartment door, and it was a breeze—no tools required beyond what came in the box!
The adjustable angle feature is fantastic. I could tilt my Ring Doorbell just right to capture the perfect view of my doorstep. The 40-degree swivel range means you can fine-tune it to avoid glare or awkward angles. No more missed deliveries because the camera was pointing at the ceiling!
Compatibility is another win. Though I used it with a Ring, it fits most major brands (even some not listed, like the Eufy C31, as one reviewer discovered). The anti-theft case adds peace of mind—no one’s walking off with my doorbell without a fight.
But it’s not all sunshine. The screws included are hit-or-miss; some users reported missing or ill-fitting parts (though mine were fine). The bracket’s lack of padding left faint marks on my door when adjusting—a soft adhesive backing would’ve been nice. Also, tightening the angle screw required a bit of elbow grease and a second attempt.
For renters or drill-phobes, this mount is a solid choice. Just double-check your door thickness (0.4–1.8 inches) and maybe add your own padding to avoid paint scuffs. At under $30, it’s a small price for theft-proof, drill-free convenience.
