Okay, so I finally upgraded to the Wahl Lithium Ion Pro clipper after using corded models for years. First impression? This thing is LIGHT! Like holding a feather compared to my old brick of a clipper.

The cordless freedom is game-changing. I can literally give myself a trim while watching TV without worrying about yanking the cord. The battery lasts forever too - I've done like 5 haircuts on one charge and it's still going strong.

Love the smart charge indicator. Green means go, red means... well you get it. No more guessing if it's charged enough.

The blades are SHARP. Like 'whoa did I just become a barber?' sharp. Cuts through my thick hair like butter, and that adjustable lever makes fading way easier than I expected.

Only minor gripe? The USB charging thing threw me at first (where's my wall charger?!). But turns out every phone charger in my house works fine with it, so crisis averted.

Seriously though, if you're tired of cords and weak trimmers, this Wahl is worth every penny. My bathroom has officially become Salon de Me!
