Okay, so I’ve been wearing this Yowow BIT smartwatch for a few weeks now, and here’s the tea ☕.
The Good: The 1.96" screen is crisp, and swapping watch faces is stupid fun—170+ options?! I matched mine to my gym leggings like a nerd. Bluetooth calls work decently (though my mom said I sound like a robot). Battery life? Legendary. Two weeks in, and it’s still kicking at 23%. Also, the silicone band doesn’t make me sweat like crazy—big win.
The Meh: Health tracking is… questionable. My BP reading was 121/80 vs. the doc’s 115/65. Oxygen levels? Off by ±2. It once logged 4,600 steps while I was DRIVING. And why does it think binge-watching Netflix = 'sleeping'?! The app’s Celsius-only weather is a mystery—why no Fahrenheit love?
The WTF: Random shower calls?! Deleted all contacts after it dialed my ex mid-shampoo 🚿. Also, reconnecting Bluetooth feels like tech Russian roulette.
Verdict: Solid 3.5/5. Great for fitness basics & battery life, but don’t trust it for medical stuff. And maybe… keep it away from water (and your ex’s number).
