Okay, first things first - I was THIS close to giving this a 1-star review because my package arrived with just the charging case and NO RING! Like, what's the point of a fancy charging box without the actual gadget? But customer service actually responded super fast and shipped me a replacement within 2 days. Crisis averted!

Now that I've actually got the ring... wow this little thing is packed with features! The heart rate monitoring feels scarily accurate compared to my Apple Watch. I've been obsessively checking my BP during work meetings (turns out my boss's emails spike my readings every time).

The sleep tracking is my favorite part though. Finally understand why I'm always tired - apparently I only get like 12 minutes of deep sleep per night. The app shows these cute little sleep animal avatars that roast your sleep patterns. I'm currently a 'Nervous Squirrel' which feels... accurate.

Bonus points for surviving my shower AND that time I forgot to take it off before jumping in the pool. IP68 waterproof is no joke! Though fair warning - it does look slightly ridiculous when you're trying to be all serious in a business meeting while wearing what looks like a futuristic wedding band.

Would be perfect if the battery lasted longer than 3 days, but the charging case makes it bearable. Just... make sure yours actually comes with the ring inside!
