Okay, so I've been using these adult cloth diapers for about a month now, and here's my real talk review.

First off - the fit is actually pretty good! I was worried they'd be too tight (my waist is around 42 inches) but they're snug without being uncomfortable. The velcro closure is strong - maybe too strong sometimes when I'm trying to adjust it in the middle of the night.

The absorbency? Surprisingly good! That first night when I had an accident, I woke up expecting a mess but everything was dry. The inserts hold way more than I expected - we're talking full bladder capacity here.

Washing is easy peasy. Just toss them in cold water and tumble dry low. They've held up through multiple washes without shrinking or losing shape.

Now the not-so-great parts: The velcro can be tricky to position right - if it's not perfect, it rubs against your skin. And after several months of daily use, I did notice some stitching starting to come loose at the waistband.

Final verdict? 8/10. They're comfy, actually work for incontinence issues, and are way more eco-friendly than disposables. Just wish they sold replacement outer covers separately!
