Okay, so I got this Christmas tree fence hoping it would keep my chaotic dog and toddler away from the presents. Spoiler: it did not.

First off, the height is a joke. The pictures make it look like a mini fortress, but in reality, it’s barely taller than a ruler. My dog could easily hop over it if he wanted to (and he very much wants to).

The material? It’s lightweight, sure, but also flimsy. A gentle nudge from my cat sent half of it toppling over. Not exactly the 'sturdy barrier' I was promised.

On the plus side, assembly was stupid easy—just snap the pieces together. And I’ll admit, it looks cute when arranged in a circle around the tree. But functionality? Nah.

Verdict: If you need something purely decorative and have zero mischievous pets/kids, go for it. Otherwise, keep looking.
