The GOOD: That blue raspberry flavor SLAPS. Like, actually enjoyable to drink instead of choking down chalky powders. The liquid form absorbs crazy fast - within 15 mins I'm feeling that tingle.
The PUMP is no joke when it works right. On arm day? Veins popping like I'm in a bodybuilding magazine cover. The glycerol hydration thing is legit too - zero cramps even during marathon leg sessions.
