I wasn't expecting much from a phone at this price point, but the UMIDIGI G9T has been a pleasant surprise. The first thing that caught my attention was how snappy it feels - no lag when switching between apps, which is something I can't say about other budget phones I've tried.

The 90Hz display makes scrolling through social media buttery smooth, and the 6.75" screen is perfect for watching videos during my commute. What really blew me away was the battery life - I regularly get through two full days of moderate use without needing to charge.

While the camera won't win any awards (photos are decent but not spectacular), it's more than adequate for casual snapshots. The included case and pre-applied screen protector were nice touches that saved me time and money.
