Okay, so I finally upgraded to this beast after using a basic 1080p IPS panel for years. Let me tell you - HOLY CRAP the difference is insane!
The colors pop like crazy right out of the box. That QD-OLED tech is no joke - blacks are actually black and everything just looks so vibrant. Gaming at 360Hz feels like cheating, especially in competitive FPS games.
Build quality is premium AF. The stand adjusts every which way, and it just feels solid. ASUS really packed this thing well too - no damage during shipping unlike some horror stories I've heard.
Now for the not-so-perfect stuff: Why ASUS, WHY include a DisplayPort 1.4 cable instead of 2.1? Also had some weird flickering issues at first that went away after driver updates.
OLED Care+ features give me peace of mind about burn-in, and that custom heatsink actually works - monitor stays cool even during marathon gaming sessions.
Honestly? Best monitor I've ever owned. Worth every penny if you're serious about gaming or content creation. Just... maybe buy a better DP cable with it.
