I recently got my hands on the Jexiop 20inch Smart TV, and it's been a mixed bag. The compact size makes it perfect for my kitchen, where I can catch up on cooking shows while prepping meals. The Full HD 1080p resolution delivers vibrant colors, and the picture quality is crisp—definitely a win for its price point.
Setting it up was straightforward, though the stand assembly was a bit fiddly. Once done, the sleek design blended well with my space. The built-in ATSC tuner is handy for local channels, and the multiple HDMI/USB ports let me connect my gaming console and USB drives effortlessly. It supports a ton of file formats, so playing media from my external drive was seamless.
But here’s the catch: the sound quality is underwhelming. It’s tinny and lacks depth—like listening through a cardboard tube. I ended up pairing it with a small soundbar to fix this. Also, some users mentioned issues with Spectrum compatibility and customer service, but I didn’t test those myself.
Overall, it’s a decent budget TV for secondary spaces like kitchens or RVs, but don’t expect premium audio or flawless support.
