After testing these incontinence underwear for a few weeks, I have mixed feelings. The high-waist design with double elastic is surprisingly comfortable and stays in place well during daily activities. I appreciate that they don't feel bulky like some disposable options.
The cotton material is breathable and soft against the skin, which is crucial for all-day wear. However, I did notice they run small - my usual XL fit more like a large. The sizing issue seems to be a common complaint among other users too.
While they work decently for light leaks from sneezes or coughs, they're definitely not sufficient for anything more than minor accidents. I still needed to wear an additional pad on heavier days, which defeats some of the purpose of 'protective' underwear.
The washing instructions are easy to follow (cold water, hang dry), and they've held up well through multiple washes without losing shape. The high-cut design provides good coverage without visible panty lines under clothes.
Bottom line: These are a decent option if you need something for very light incontinence and don't mind the sizing quirks. But if you need serious protection, you'll likely be disappointed.
