Just got the PPE S25A Coilbind Machine, and wow... what a letdown.

The unboxing felt like opening a mystery box—except the surprise was a broken machine. The hole-punching part was just... loose inside the box? Like it had a mind of its own.

Tried testing it anyway (optimism, right?), and of course, one hole was completely missing because that rogue metal piece had already bailed on its job.

The whole thing feels flimsy—like it’s made of recycled soda cans. For something that’s supposed to handle binding, it can’t even hold itself together.

Now I’m stuck playing customer service ping-pong to return this thing. Save yourself the headache—this isn’t the 'value kit' they promised.
