Okay, so I’ve tried a LOT of athletic tapes over the years (thanks to my never-ending gym injuries and my kid’s gymnastics obsession), and this ADMITRY tape? Absolute game-changer.

First off, NO STICKY RESIDUE. I cannot stress this enough. I’ve had tapes that leave my skin feeling like I wrestled a glue stick, but this one? Peels off clean, even after sweating buckets during boxing drills.

The adhesive is STRONG but not ‘rip-your-skin-off’ strong. It holds my ankle wraps in place during soccer games but comes off without a fight (or pain) afterward. Though fair warning—my friend with super sensitive skin did get some irritation, so patch-test if you’re prone to that.

Bulk buy = genius. 5 rolls for the price I’d pay for 2 at Walmart? Yes please. My kid uses it for pole vaulting grips, and it hasn’t frayed or slipped once. Also, TEARING IT BY HAND IS SO SATISFYING. No scissors needed mid-game panic!

Downside? It’s a tad stickier than expected—not a dealbreaker, but if you’re wrapping/unwrapping frequently, maybe keep some baby powder handy. Overall? 10/10 for performance and value. Just wish they made a neon pink version!
