Let me start by saying this Moen dispenser is a stunner. The brushed chrome finish gives my bathroom sink area a polished, high-end look that matches my faucet perfectly. No more ugly plastic soap bottles cluttering the counter!

Installation was a breeze - no complicated tools or plumbing skills needed. Just screw it in and you're good to go. The large reservoir means fewer refills, which I absolutely appreciate during my busy mornings.

Now for the not-so-great parts: The pump action is... underwhelming. You really have to press multiple times to get enough soap, which gets annoying fast. Also noticed some early corrosion around the spout after about 3 months of use - not what I expected from Moen's 'limited lifetime warranty'.

The spout length could be problematic too. Mine barely clears my deep sink basin, causing occasional drips down the side. Measure your sink depth before buying!

Despite these flaws, it's miles better than cheap dispensers that break within weeks. If you want reliable functionality with premium looks (and don't mind pumping multiple times), this is a solid choice.
