Let me start by saying these dispensers *look* fantastic. The thick glass and matte black pumps give a luxe, apothecary-style vibe that instantly elevates my kitchen and bathroom counters. I’ve used one for dish soap (near the sink) and another for hand sanitizer (by the entryway), and guests constantly compliment them.
The 16oz capacity is a major win – I only refill every 3-4 weeks. The pumps dispense just the right amount of liquid with one press (no annoying half-pumps!), and the wide mouths make refills mess-free with a funnel. Unlike cheap plastic ones, the glass feels substantial and doesn’t tip over easily.
But here’s the catch: durability issues creep in. After 4 months, one pump started sticking, requiring multiple presses to work. By month 6, both began leaking rusty residue around the base – gross! I use mild soaps, so this suggests poor internal sealing. While they arrived intact (despite minimal packaging), long-term performance disappoints.
PROS: Gorgeous design, perfect portion control, versatile for oils/lotions too. CONS: Pumps degrade quickly; not worth it unless you’re okay replacing them yearly. If CHBKT fixes the rust-prone mechanism, these would be 5-star winners.
