

Okay, so I've been using this cookbook for about a month now and here's the tea ☕️
First off - the recipes? *chef's kiss* 🤌 Super simple to follow even for someone who burns water (me). The lentil stew on page 87 is now my weekly staple!
The science bits surprised me - didn't expect to actually understand bone nutrition but the author explains it like you're chatting over coffee. Major props for making collagen peptides sound interesting!
Only downside? My copy arrived looking like it had a rough night out 🥴 Grease stains and bent pages. Amazon packaging strikes again!
If you're plant-curious or just want stronger bones without choking down chalky supplements, this book's worth every penny. Already gifted two copies to my yoga buddies!
