First off, this Tsugikuni Yoriichi sword from Demon Slayer is seriously impressive when fully assembled. The 39-inch length makes it a standout display piece, and the vibrant colors match the anime perfectly. I love how it comes with a scabbard and stand—it looks legit on my shelf!

BUT... the assembly was a mixed bag. Some pieces were frustratingly hard to connect, especially in the sheath (I nearly gave up and used glue like other reviewers). Also, be warned: the stickers are oversized and cheap-looking—I skipped them entirely.

Quality-wise, it’s decent for the price. The ABS plastic feels sturdy enough for display (definitely NOT for swinging around). My biggest gripe? Missing pieces—thankfully customer service sent replacements quickly.

Verdict: Great gift for Demon Slayer fans who enjoy building challenges, but manage expectations. 7/10 for cool factor minus the hassle.
