Okay, so I got these gummies for my 14-year-old daughter who HATES swallowing pills. These are a total game-changer!

The flavor is actually good (she says they taste like candy, which explains why she remembers to take them daily). As a mom, I appreciate that they have vitamins A, C, D, E and zinc - all the good stuff teens need.

Funny thing though - it's called 'One A Day' but you're supposed to take TWO gummies. Marketing fail? Maybe. But at least it's still just once per day.

Warning: They can melt in heat! Mine arrived fine but I saw some reviews about melted gummies. Maybe order when it's not super hot outside.
