I've been using the EMS Muscle Stimulator Belt for about a month now, and here's my honest take. The concept is cool - slap it on, choose a mode, and let electricity do the work. But reality? A bit more complicated.
The good: It's SUPER easy to use. Just stick the pads on (though they don't stay well - more on that later), pick from 10 intensity levels, and chill. I loved using it while working at my desk. The tingling sensation is weird at first but kinda addictive.
Now the not-so-good: The adhesive is terrible. Pads constantly fall off during use. And that 'equals 60 minutes of sit-ups' claim? Pure fantasy. At best, it feels like a light warm-up. I used it daily while continuing my regular workouts and saw minimal extra definition.
Final verdict? As a passive supplement to real exercise - maybe 3/5 stars. For serious fitness goals? Don't waste your money expecting miracles.
