Okay, so I just finished Jason Kasper's latest and WOW. This book had me glued to my Kindle at 2 AM whispering 'one more chapter' like a liar.
The action is INSANE - like, 'how-did-they-survive-that?' insane. But what really got me was David's personal stakes this time. Dude's fighting terrorists while also trying to protect his family? My anxiety levels 📈📈📈
Pro tip: Don't start this before bed unless you're cool with being tired at work tomorrow. The pacing is that intense.
Also, can we talk about the team dynamics? The banter had me laughing out loud in public (awkward), but then they'd hit you with these surprisingly deep moments. Kasper really knows how to balance badassery with heart.
Only complaint? Now I have to wait for the next one 😤
