Just got this charger for my EZGO RXV and overall, I'm pretty impressed! The charging speed is noticeably faster than my old unit, and the smart tech seems to really protect my batteries. The vortex cooling system works like a charm - barely gets warm even after hours of charging.

BUT... major heads-up about the cord situation! Like other reviewers mentioned, the 16ft claim is misleading. The actual DC cord to the cart is only about 5ft, which makes placement super awkward. Had to rearrange my whole garage setup because of this.

Love the clear indicator lights (though they could be bigger) and the aluminum casing feels premium. It's survived a few rain showers thanks to that IP67 rating. Just wish they'd been more transparent about the cord lengths upfront - would've saved me some headache!
